Arriving at Chelsea just last January, Gonzalo Higuain, might not have a long time at The Blues. Reports are suggesting that Maurizio Sarri’s men are not planning to continue their current experience with Higuain.
Being brought in as a special request from Sarri, the Argentinian striker so far has been struggling at Stamford Bridge. However, things haven’t gone too well for the former Napoli man as he only scored three goals in the last seven league games.
That’s not a convincing number for a player who is still highly valued by his parent club Juventus. Seeing the struggle that Higuain is experiencing, The Blues might decide to return Higuain next summer.
However, according to reports in Italy, Juve themselves also not keen on keeping the striker. Considering his age and big wages, Bianconeri are in need of selling the former Real Madrid attacker.
Although Higuain do have an excellent goal scoring record in the past, but his current performances have been disappointing. Before moving to Stamford Bridge on loan this January, last summer the forward actually joing AC Milan also on loan.
Unfortunately, the Argentinian failed to show good enough performances until half way through this season. Higuain himself was also pushing for that Chelsea move, hoping his career will be back again under Sarri.
