Manchester United might be superior to Fulham, but The Red Devils seemingly keen on one of their opponent’s player.
Reports from English media, the Express, claims that Ole Gunnar Solkjsjaer’s side are keen on landing 18-year-old Ryan Sessegnon.
The Cottagers’ exciting youngster has been attracting many top clubs attention in recent years, including Man United.
Acknowledging the player’s hesitance in extending his current deal with Fulham, United could decide to make their move next summer.
Sessegnon reportedly will be considering his future should his club end up getting relegated at the end of this current season.
Should that opportunity arise, the Express believes that Man United set to prepare up to 50 million pound for the teenager’s service.
It’s a massive amount of money indeed, but considering Sessegnon’s talent, versatility and competition from interested clubs, it might be worth the gamble.
However, Man United are not the only team supposedly interested in snatching the 18-year-old starlet, with Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool were linked.
It will be interesting to see indeed what will happen in the summer, since there’s still no confirmation regarding the future of United’s bench.
If there’s another managerial change, they might also turn their attention towards another player instead of Sessegnon.
