Rugani Not Leaving Juventus in January

Being constantly linked with a potential move away from Juventus since last summer, Daniele Rugani, doesn’t seem to be heading anywhere this January.

Despite still not getting regular playing time with the Turin giant, Rugani remain happy to stay with them at least until the end of this current season.

This decision was stated by the player’s agent who revealed that his client is a typical Juve player as the young defender is very reliable.

Moreover, the agent added that although there’s been several interest on Rugani from several teams, the Turin giant never have any intention of selling him.

“Rugani is a reliable player, precisely a Juventus kind of player. He’s never been one of those players Juventus could consider selling, which means he’s done well,” the defender’s representative stated.

Interest towards the defender have arrived since a while, especially last summer from Chelsea and even AC Milan, though the latter eventually opted to sign another player from Juve.

This January the rumors about Rugani’s potential departure has dyed down a bit as previously interested teams seem to be moving on other targets.

The 24-year-old might continue to bank on that he will eventually get that starting role seeing that The Bianconeri’s main defensive pairings, Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini are already on their 30s.
